UCWPify(이하 “운영자”)는 Mosaic 커뮤니티 웹사이트(https://mosaic.unclecanwpifythemes.com), 이 커뮤니티에 연결되는 모바일 앱(UCWPify Tessera)을 통해 회원의 개인정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하고, 얼마나 보관하며, 회원이 어떤 권리를 가지는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리 목적
- 회원 가입, 본인 확인, 로그인 유지(웹과 모바일 앱)
- 커뮤니티 서비스 제공: 글·댓글·사진 게시, 스페이스 가입, 회원 목록과 프로필, 알림
- 안전한 운영: 신고 처리, 차단, 규칙 위반 대응, 부정 이용 방지, 보안
- 문의 응대와 공지 전달

3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 계정 정보와 활동 내역: 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시까지. 탈퇴하면 계정과 프로필, 작성한 글·댓글·좋아요·사진이 삭제됩니다.
- 모바일 앱 로그인 정보: 로그아웃하거나 만료되면 삭제(최대 90일). 비밀번호를 바꾸거나 계정을 삭제하면 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다.
- 신고·차단 기록: 처리 후 __개월 또는 관련 회원의 계정 삭제 시까지
- 접속 기록: 3개월 (관련 법령: 통신비밀보호법 등)

- 백업 사본은 __일 주기로 교체되며, 그 기간이 지나면 백업에서도 지워집니다.
4. 제3자 제공
운영자는 회원의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따른 요청이 있거나 회원이 동의한 경우에는 예외로 합니다. 커뮤니티에 올린 글과 프로필은 커뮤니티 공개 범위(공개·회원 전용·비공개 스페이스)에 따라 다른 회원에게 보입니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다. 일부는 해외에 서버가 있습니다.

모바일 앱 UCWPify Tessera를 만든 UCWPify는 회원 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 앱은 회원의 휴대폰과 이 웹사이트 사이에서만 정보를 주고받습니다.
6. 파기 절차와 방법
보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄합니다.
7. 회원의 권리와 행사 방법
- 회원은 언제든 자신의 개인정보를 열람, 정정, 삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 프로필은 웹사이트나 앱의 “프로필 수정”에서 직접 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제: 앱의 내 정보 → 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제, 또는 웹사이트의 계정 삭제 방법 / 문의 이메일
- 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 10일 안에 답합니다.
8. 만 14세 미만
이 커뮤니티는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호와 로그인 토큰은 암호화(해시)하여 저장합니다.
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 관리자 권한을 최소한으로 부여하고 접근 기록을 관리합니다.
- 개인 정보가 담긴 응답은 캐시(임시 저장)되지 않도록 설정합니다.
10. 쿠키
로그인 유지와 사이트 기능을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 거부할 수 있지만, 그러면 로그인이 필요한 기능을 쓸 수 없습니다. [선택] 방문 통계·광고 쿠키를 쓰는 경우 그 서비스 이름과 거부 방법

UCWPify (“we”) handles members’ personal information through the Mosaic Community Website (https://mosaic.unclecanwpifythemes.com) and the mobile app that connects to it (UCWPify Tessera). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
1. Why we use personal information
- Creating and securing your account; keeping you signed in on the web and in the mobile app
- Running the community: posts, comments, photos, spaces, member directory and profiles, notifications
- Keeping the community safe: reports, blocks, enforcing our guidelines, preventing abuse, security

3. How long we keep it
- Account and activity: until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your account, profile, posts, comments, likes and photos.
- Mobile sign-in data: deleted on sign-out or expiry (at most 90 days). Changing your password or deleting your account signs out every device.
- Reports and blocks: __ months after handling, or until the related account is deleted

4. Sharing

UCWPify, which makes the UCWPify Tessera app, does not receive or store members’ information; the app only exchanges data between your phone and this website. Your information may be processed outside your province or country by these providers, under contracts that protect it.
6. Your rights
- You can access, correct or delete your personal information and withdraw consent at any time.
- Edit your profile on the website or in the app (“Edit profile”).
- Delete your account: in the app — Me → Settings → Account → Delete account, or website method / contact e-mail.
- We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or your local authority.
7. Children
This community is not for children under 14 years.
8. Security
- Passwords and sign-in tokens are stored as hashes; all traffic uses HTTPS.
- Administrator access is limited and logged; personal answers are never stored in page caches.
